Tom Caines is a business and life coach who uses his 32 years of business experience, insight and intuition
to help people reach their business goals. As the owner of ClearVision Coaching he partners with and motivates people who are seeking breakthroughs in their work, life, career or business.
Dream Practices was born out of Tom’s desire to take professionals
to the next level in their work. By building partnerships he coaches individuals and groups to set goals, develop plans and
take action.
Tom
is a member of the International Coach Federation, New Jersey Professional Coaches Association and serves as Chair
of the Sussex County Chamber of Commerce Wellness Committee.

Claire earned her MSW from New York University. She is a New Jersey Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and a
Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Claire has been the director of Caines Center For Psychotherapy for 18 years and she is living her Dream Private Practice. In her practice, she uses relaxation, hypnotherapy and coaching
to help clients reach their psychological, emotional and spiritual goals. Claire draws on her expertise and enthusiasm
to help professionals establish successful businesses.
She is an
active member of the National Association of Social Workers and a fellow of the National Board of Certified Clinical Hypnotherapists.
